Privacy Policy
How SureCrack handles information connected with your account and learning activity.
Last updated: 5 July 20261. Information we collect
We collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and account credentials. We also store test attempts, selected answers, scores, progress, subscription details, and transaction references needed to operate the service.
2. Registration and verification
Pending registration details are kept separately from active user accounts while email verification is outstanding. Expired pending registrations may be removed automatically. Passwords are stored using one-way hashing and are not readable by administrators.
3. How information is used
Information is used to create and secure accounts, provide tests and score analysis, manage subscriptions, process support requests, send transactional emails, prevent misuse, and improve platform reliability and learning features.
4. Payments and service providers
Payments are processed by external payment gateways. SureCrack may receive transaction identifiers, status, amount, and gateway responses, but does not need to store your complete card or banking credentials. Email, hosting, and technical providers may process limited information on our behalf.
5. Cookies and sessions
Essential cookies and session identifiers are used to keep you signed in, protect forms, remember necessary preferences, and maintain security. Disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the platform from working.
6. Data retention
We retain account, learning, and transaction records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain accurate histories, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Information no longer required may be deleted or anonymised.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls, password hashing, verification tokens, and encrypted storage for sensitive SMTP credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
You may request access to or correction of your personal information, or ask about account deletion, subject to applicable law and records we must retain. You may also opt out of non-essential communications while continuing to receive important account and transaction messages.
9. Children and guardians
Users who are not legally able to consent to data processing should use the service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian where required.
