Please read these terms before using SureCrack.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using SureCrack, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and verify your email before signing in. You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity performed through your account. Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or used to provide access to another person.
3. Learning services
SureCrack provides practice questions, mock tests, performance analysis, and related exam-preparation services. Content is intended for educational practice and does not guarantee examination results, certification, employment, or admission.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Paid access begins after successful payment confirmation and continues for the duration shown at checkout. Prices, plan coverage, and validity are displayed before purchase. Payment processing may be performed by third-party gateways.
5. Acceptable use
You must not copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the platform or its content. Automated access, attempts to bypass access controls, and fraudulent payment activity are prohibited.
6. Intellectual property
The SureCrack name, interface, question content, explanations, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to SureCrack. Your subscription provides a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to use the service during the applicable access period.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Tests, features, pricing, and content may be corrected, updated, replaced, or withdrawn when reasonably necessary.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are violated, payment is reversed or fraudulent, or use threatens the platform or other users. Obligations concerning intellectual property and liability continue after termination.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SureCrack is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, examination outcomes, or decisions made using educational content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
